Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the views were nice and the ski outlet at the entrance was convenient, the lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and basic amenities really overshadowed any positives. The heating in the rooms didn’t work during our stay, which was unacceptable given the freezing temperatures. Overall, I cannot recommend this place and feel my money was wasted.
Our stay at the hotel was memorable, thanks to the courteous staff and scenic location. Special thanks to Kishor and ShankR for their exceptional care. However, the only way to reach the hotel is via a ropeway, which can be inconvenient for some. While the rooms were spacious, there were some maintenance issues that detracted from the experience.
The resort offers stunning views and a great dining experience, making it a memorable stay, especially for those who love nature. However, the approach to the resort is challenging, and there are maintenance issues that need addressing. The food is delicious, but service can be a bit inconsistent. Overall, it’s a place to enjoy the beauty of the Himalayas but be prepared for some inconveniences.
My stay at the resort was a beautiful experience, particularly thanks to the breathtaking views it offered. The rooms were spacious but could use more cleanliness, and while the service was decent, I felt the dining didn’t quite live up to expectations. Overall, it's a pricey stay, but the scenery makes it worthwhile.
I had an amazing experience at the resort with stunning views of the Himalayas, which were definitely a highlight. The service was commendable, and the suite room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. However, the food options were a bit limited during our visit, and the hotel infrastructure could use some upgrades. Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat, especially for nature lovers.
